Xsense joined Trilogy Vineyards to uncover the true story of the land and help translate its historic roots into a meaningful modern community. Drawing from the legacy of John Marsh, the Miwok, and the welcoming spirit of the original ranch, Xsense provided rich material that helped shape the project across planning, naming, venues, sales, and hospitality.
The result was a place with authentic local meaning rather than borrowed style. Research findings gave the broader team a shared story they could express through everything from street names and spa concepts to the sales experience and community gathering spaces.

Xsense joined Presidio Landmark after architectural plans were already in progress, when the developers recognized untapped historic resources and wanted a deeper connection to them. Xsense uncovered the site’s layered legacy of hospitality, healing, and beauty and translated that story into opportunities for marketing, operations, and resident experience.
The result was a project identity rooted in the living legacy of the Presidio rather than surface-level historic styling. Research findings were shared in a guidebook for everyone involved, helping connect the future development to authentic local meaning.
